Burger King Nutrition Facts

I don't normally condone eating fast food. However, I think fast food in moderation is fine, but we should still all work toward fresh, natural, wholesome foods that we can find our own kitchens.

That said, life isn't perfect and we all give in to temptation now-and-again and... sometimes you eat fast food. But Burger King have come up with a great website that actually tells you how many calories are in their meals... Big cheer for Burger King!


Let's hope the rest of the fast food world takes suite...

Basically, I never know what to marinate and what not to...

Marinating can transform bland, cheap or tough cuts of meat.

It can be cooked or uncooked and can take as little as half an hour or as long as a couple of days depending on the recipe.
